scent dinner

in addition to the sense of taste it's the sense of smell which is key to the flavour experience when eating. on this evening we investigate our sense of taste and experience the scents on our plates very consciously. During several courses we smell lemon, floral-spicy, dramatic, sageish, cheesy, fruity, oceanish, woody, opulent...the scents rising from our plates are amazing.
