an exotic banquet with several courses in a tropical climate 

we start with an apéro in a hothouse and slowly adapt to the humid-tropical climate.  in the next hothouse we serve you some exquisite starters with organic shrimps made in a fire wok and highly aromatic papayas. and in the final hothouse a fantastic creolic buffet with madagascar chicken, creolic rize, pumpkin puree and avocado cream is prepared for you. the dessert compliments the location and is extra fruity.
