we cook together just as in gotthelf’s time on a farm in the middle of emmental’s hilly landscape, down-to-earth, substantial, simple and with local products. authentic meals like market soup, hornusser gotlett and potato pfludi are prepared in groups. as soon as work is completed we eat together at the farmhouse table and listen to mysterious and creepy emmental myths.
