argentinian asado in an old mill

in argentina without meat and tango nothing works. we have combined them to a culinary and cultural experience, the asado-tango. asado is an argentinian feast meal at which a variety of meat is grilled on a coal grill.

after a tasty apéro the tango is performed and taught by a professional dance couple. all of you are going to learn and practice some tango steps. in return for your effort you grill your meat yourself along with a choice of vegetables.
