We cook together an authentic alpine meal high up in the mountains 

the air is cooler than down in the valley, the scent of the fir trees is more intense. on the wood stove we cook with natural spring water, and we season with freshly picked alpine thyme. inspired by the alpine environment we prepare together a simple yet wonderful mountain meal – of course served in crockery from the past. the alpine food is delicious and reminds us of the simple life of now and then.
